2. Our products

We sell copper jewelry. Please note the following:

  • Copper is a natural, living metal. It darkens over time, develops a patina, and may leave a temporary greenish mark on the skin. These are normal characteristics of genuine copper and are not defects.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur between items and may differ slightly from photos depending on your screen.
  • Our jewelry is sold as a fashion accessory only. We make no health, medical, or therapeutic claims of any kind. If you experience skin sensitivity or irritation, discontinue wear.
  • We may change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders and payment

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors. If your payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund.
  • Prices and currency are as displayed at checkout. For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, as described in our Shipping Policy.
  • All payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors.

4. Shipping

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Processing takes 1–3 business days and delivery takes 5–7 business days after shipment. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

We offer 30-day returns with no restocking fees. We do not offer exchanges. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

We make every effort to keep the information on our site accurate and up to date, but occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
