Refund policy

At Copper by June, we want you to love your copper jewelry. If something isn't right, here is how returns, refunds, and cancellations work.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@copperbyjune.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Order cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Email us at info@copperbyjune.com as soon as possible with your order number and the word "Cancellation" in the subject line.
  • After 2 hours, your order has already entered processing and can no longer be cancelled or changed. Once your order arrives, you are welcome to use our standard 30-day return process.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@copperbyjune.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a full refund at no extra cost to you — you will not need to pay for return shipping in this case.

A note about copper

Copper is a living metal. Over time it naturally darkens and develops a patina, and it may leave a temporary greenish mark on the skin. This is a normal property of genuine copper, not a defect, and is not covered as a fault under this policy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the applicable consumer protection laws of your country, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
