Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped.
Shipping time
Once your order has shipped, delivery takes 5–7 business days to all destinations. In total, please allow 6–10 business days from the day you place your order until it arrives. Occasionally, carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons may slightly extend delivery times.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your local customs authority. If such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us at info@copperbyjune.com immediately and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for several days or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@copperbyjune.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your package.
